AQA looks to the future of the curriculum with AQi
Published: Friday 4 Feb 2022
AQA’s online insight hub on assessment and qualifications, AQi, is holding a public debate on the future of the curriculum, entitled ‘Levelling up the EBacc’.
Speakers from ASCL, UCL Institute of Education and elsewhere will explore:
- whether the EBacc should be expanded to include vocational and technical subjects given the growing focus on skills and employability.
- which students are the winners and losers from the EBacc.
The online event is free and open to all. You can sign up for the debate on Eventbrite.
The event follows the landmark report from AQi, ‘What Next for GCSEs?’, which explores the past, present and future of GCSEs.
