In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed

1	participate in group work in order to agree ground rules, including standards of attendance, punctuality and behaviour, that will be followed during a programme	Summary sheet
2	discuss the impact non attendance and unpunctuality will have on individual and group effectiveness	Summary sheet
3	achieve a 100% attendance rate, disregarding any approved absence for exceptional circumstances	Summary sheet
