3	identify at least one person to contact to make at least one hazard safe	Summary sheet
4	exit safely from a work environment during a fire drill following the appropriate procedures	Summary sheet
5	identify the appropriate clothing for at least two different work activities	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
6	at least one action to be taken to avoid an accident in a hazardous situation in a work environment, eg do not walk across a wet floor.	Summary sheet
