1	collect tools and materials for cleaning work tops	Summary sheet
2	fill a sink or bowl with hot water	Summary sheet
3	wipe up loose crumbs or other kitchen debris and dispose of them appropriately	Summary sheet
4	clean work tops using a cloth and an appropriate cleaning agent	Summary sheet
5	rinse the work tops clean	Summary sheet
6	clean the sink or bowl and leave work areas tidy.	Summary sheet
