In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	produce a design for a textile picture including written details of the choice of media, eg embroidery, tapestry	Summary sheet
2	transfer the design to the medium using a suitable method, eg tracing	Summary sheet
3	use tools appropriate to the medium, eg sewing machine for applique, needles for embroidery	Summary sheet
4	use appropriate materials and techniques to realise the design, eg quilting for applique, beading and stitching for embroidery	Summary sheet
5	finish and mount the picture.	Summary sheet
