1	read a given recipe for making butterfly buns or small cakes using the all in one method	Summary sheet

3	collect and measure out required ingredients	Summary sheet
4	operate a cooker following the instructions given in the recipe	Summary sheet
5	follow the instructions for making the buns or cakes using the all in one method	Summary sheet
6	time the cooking accurately	Summary sheet
7	judge when cooking is complete and take the cake out of the oven away from the heat source	Summary sheet
8	finish and present the buns or cakes appropriately	Photograph
9	clean all equipment used and leave the work area tidy	Summary sheet
