3 | put the flour, sugar and margarine into a large bowl and use the 'rubbing-in' method to mix the ingredients | Summary sheet |
4 | add fruit to the mixture | Summary sheet |
5 | beat an egg and add to the mixture with the required amount of milk so that the mixture has the required consistency | Summary sheet |
6 | shape the dough into a scone ring and put onto a baking tray | Summary sheet |
