1	enter the café, put on an apron and hat	Summary sheet

3	check the till has a float	Summary sheet
4	greet customers as they arrive and ask them for their order	Summary sheet
5	collect and pass the required items to the customer	Summary sheet
6	use the till and add the cost of the items	Summary sheet
7	tell the customer the overall cost	Summary sheet
8	take the money and give correct change	Summary sheet
9	keep the area clean, tidy and hygienic	Summary sheet
10	remove the apron and hat at the end of the session.	Summary sheet
