4	order a chosen drink clearly and politely	Summary sheet
5	offer payment and wait for change if necessary	Summary sheet
6	locate a table with vacant seating	Summary sheet
7	behave in an appropriate manner whilst drinking	Summary sheet
8	leave the café in a sensible manner	Summary sheet
9	repeat the visit on at least a further three occasions	Summary sheet
