In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	locate and collect the equipment required for cleaning surfaces, with verbal prompts	Summary sheet
2	locate the surfaces to be cleaned, with verbal prompts, eg table, walls	Summary sheet
3	choose the first surface to clean, with verbal prompts	Summary sheet
4	dry wipe the surface and dispose of any debris appropriately, with verbal prompts	Summary sheet
5	choose the appropriate polish or cleaning agent for the surface, with verbal prompts	Summary sheet
6	apply the appropriate polish or cleaning agent to the surface, with verbal prompts	Summary sheet
7	wipe the polish or cleaning agent from the surface, with verbal prompts	Summary sheet
8	repeat the above procedure for other surfaces, with verbal prompts, if necessary, until the cleaning is complete	Summary sheet
9	return all the equipment used to the original location, with verbal prompts.	Summary sheet
