In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	identify and collect the utensils and ingredients required to make a hot drink, eg a teapot, kettle	Summary sheet
2	fill a kettle safely, ie not over filling, unplugging from the mains	Summary sheet
3	plug the kettle into the mains and switch on	Summary sheet
4	switch off the kettle after it has boiled and unplug from the mains	Summary sheet
5	make a hot drink using the correct amount of ingredients required, eg a teabag per person, coffee to taste.	Summary sheet
