1	locate the equipment needed for teeth cleaning	Summary sheet
2	put an appropriate amount of toothpaste onto the brush	Summary sheet
3	brush own top teeth at the front and back	Summary sheet
4	brush own bottom teeth at the front and back	Summary sheet
5	spit out the toothpaste appropriately without rinsing the mouth	Summary sheet
6	rinse the toothbrush	Summary sheet
7	return all the equipment to the appropriate place.	Summary sheet
