1	choose the correct shampoo for hair type	Summary sheet
2	gown a client for shampoo and conditioning	Summary sheet
3	check that the water is set to the correct temperature	Summary sheet
4	wet the client's hair	Summary sheet
5	apply appropriate shampoo to client's hair	Summary sheet
6	wash the client's hair using at least two of the three massage movements, eg effleurage, friction, rotary	Summary sheet
7	rinse all the shampoo from the hair	Summary sheet
8	apply surface conditioner	Summary sheet
9	comb the conditioner through the hair	Summary sheet
10	rinse all conditioner from hair	Summary sheet
11	towel dry the hair	Summary sheet
