1	identify at least four different sounds from a choice of two for each sound, on two separate occasions	Summary sheet
2	turn on a specified item of noisy equipment from a choice of two, on two separate occasions	Summary sheet
3	identify if a sound is loud or quiet on four separate occasions.	Summary sheet
