In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	say the days of the week in order	Summary sheet
2	say the months of the year in order	Summary sheet
3	write the days of the week using a capital letter for each	Student completed work
4	write the months of the year using a capital letter for each	Student completed work
5	use ordinal numbers 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th to 31st, and be able to write them	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
6	convert written dates to figures, eg 31st January 1976 to 31/1/76	Student completed work
7	use a calendar to identify the day on which a given date falls in that year.	Student completed work
