3	identify, collect and prepare ingredients for the salad and sandwiches	Summary sheet
4	show how all the ingredients are prepared and used	Summary sheet
5	assemble the salad and sandwiches using five different fillings	Summary sheet
6	package the sandwiches and salad appropriately	Summary sheet
7	perform each of the above tasks on three occasions	Summary sheet
