In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed

1	take part in a workshop to develop 'Young Inspectors' skills, ie skills necessary to undertake unannounced reviews and evaluation of services provided, which offer provision for young people	Summary sheet

4	take part in an initial discussion to allocate mutually agreeable ground rules for the working group	Summary sheet
5	negotiate and agree roles within the working group for the duration of the exercise	Summary sheet
6	take part in a discussion and group exercise to identify the role of the 'Young Inspectors' and the skills required for the task	Summary sheet
7	take part in a discussion and group exercise to identify the key elements within 'Young Inspectors', and local authority services evaluation	Summary sheet
