4 | clean all surfaces on the cylinder head as required | Summary sheet |
5 | check mating surfaces are clean and free from debris, eg the surfaces that are fixed together to seal the unit | Summary sheet |
6 | check all surfaces on the cylinder head for damage | Summary sheet |
7 | report any findings verbally, including any bowing of the head and any fracturing to the unit | Summary sheet |
8 | replace the cylinder head | Summary sheet |
