demonstrated the ability to
1	identify at least five different items of cooking equipment by matching them to pictures with symbol supported text	Summary sheet
2	identify which items of equipment are appropriate for at least two specific processes, eg peeler, can-opener, lemon squeezer	Summary sheet
3	use at least three items of manual equipment for cooking processes	Summary sheet
4	use at least two items of electrical equipment for cooking processes	Summary sheet
5	locate a plug socket and plug in equipment	Summary sheet
6	activate equipment by operating the on/off button	Summary sheet
7	accept hand-over-hand assistance and verbal prompt as necessary.	Summary sheet
