In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	attend a given work placement for a period of time, as specified by the project co-ordinator	Summary sheet

3	follow all procedures as outlined in the terms and conditions of the placement	Summary sheet
4	negotiate and agree a plan of work with the project co-ordinator and placement supervisor	Summary sheet
5	complete at least four specified work related tasks as agreed with and instructed by the project co-ordinator and work place supervisor, eg selecting tools, cleaning equipment, helping to service a car, taking customer bookings	Summary sheet
6	identify a solution to at least one work related issue or problem	Summary sheet
7	review the work placement with the project co-ordinator and placement supervisor on at least one occasion	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
8	at least two health and safety issues within the work place	Summary sheet
