3	arrange the given letters to spell own first name	Summary sheet
4	arrange the given letters to spell own surname with support	Summary sheet
5	make a fingerprint, eg using ink and paper	Summary sheet
6	record at least three personal details, using words, eg hair colour, eye colour, height	Summary sheet
7	design and assemble a personal passport	Summary sheet
8	sit for a photograph to be taken for the passport.	Summary sheet
