In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	identify at least two ingredients which can be included in a bird cake	Summary sheet
2	cut fat into small pieces	Summary sheet
3	mix all of the ingredients in a bowl	Summary sheet
4	attach string to a suitable container, eg a yoghurt pot, with support	Summary sheet
5	fill the container with the fat mixture	Summary sheet
6	hang the feeder in a suitable location, with support	Summary sheet
7	create a bird cake recipe with at least four ingredients	Summary sheet
