In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	recognise and select all coins and notes	Summary sheet
2	count coins reliably up to £1	Summary sheet
3	read and write amounts of money accurately up to £10	Summary sheet and/or Student completed work
4	exchange appropriate amounts of money for items in a shop on at least six separate occasions	Summary sheet
5	give appropriate amounts of money in at least five different situations, including using a vending machine to obtain a snack item	Summary sheet
6	pay for two meals out, one waitress service and one self service	Summary sheet
7	make choices from a menu that are within budget, on both occasions.	Summary sheet
