1	use an item of First Aid equipment during a visit to a First Aid venue, eg ambulance station or St. John's centre	Summary sheet
2	treat a minor injury during a visit by a First Aid professional	Summary sheet
3	follow procedures when role-playing an emergency procedure	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
4	at least three First Aid procedures in work placements	Summary sheet
5	at least ten hazards or risks in the work placement	Summary sheet

All outcomes recorded on an AQA Summary Sheet
