demonstrated the ability to
1	identify at least two leisure facilities in the community	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
2	communicate choice of a preferred leisure facility	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
3	respond to other people in group situations playing and working in a small group cooperatively when using a leisure facility	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
4	follow simple rules set down by the leisure facility.	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
