In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of
1	one example of using social media being an instant activity, with immediate consequences	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
2	one potential risk to the individual of using instant messaging in the workplace	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
3	one way in which this risk could be reduced	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
