In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of
1	the fact that using social media is an instant activity, with immediate consequences, and one example of this in the workplace	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
2	two potential risks to the individual of using instant messaging in the workplace and a way to overcome each of these	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
3	at least two ways in which care should be taken about being unprofessional in the workplace where social media is concerned, eg by being rude, exposing confidential material, looking for another job whilst at work	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
