In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	read and understand at least two sentences with more than one clause	Summary sheet
2	correctly read at least three words from the English Entry Level 2 list	Summary sheet
3	use at least two examples of basic punctuation correctly, eg full stops, capital letters, question marks, exclamation marks	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	sequence a set of given words into alphabetical order using their first and second letters	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5	correctly spell at least three words from the English Entry Level 2 list.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
