3cut the chicken breasts into strips safely and place them in a bowlSummary sheet
4identify a tablespoon measurement of seasoning and add it to the chicken, mixing everything together when each given spice is addedSummary sheet
5use a digital scale to weigh out the required amount of cornflakes for the breadcrumbsSummary sheet
6crack an egg into a bowl and lightly whisk all of the ingredients togetherSummary sheet
7cover the chicken with the breadcrumbs and egg mixture and place it onto a baking tray to go into the oven Summary sheet
8correctly weigh out the honey and BBQ sauce into a pan, and place the pan on the hob while the chicken strips are cookingSummary sheet
9stir the honey and BBQ sauce together in the pan to make a glaze and remove the pan from the heat when it is readySummary sheet
10remove the chicken from the oven and use a meat probe to check the chicken is fully cooked Summary sheet
11add the glaze over the top of the chicken when appropriate and place it back into the oven Summary sheet
12remove the chicken strips from the oven when they are ready and serve with a pre-selected side dish Summary sheet
