In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	enter the water in a swimming pool safely on at least one occasion	Summary sheet
2	tread water for a given amount of time	Summary sheet
3	swim 10 metres to a floating object	Summary sheet
4	perform the Heat Escape Lessening Posture (HELP) position with the floating object for a given amount of time	Summary sheet
5	swim 10 metres with the floating object back to the side	Summary sheet
6	exit the water safely without any assistance.	Summary sheet
