1	select the key ingredients needed for the cake	Summary sheet
2	weigh the ingredients	Summary sheet
3	assemble the Magimix food processor, with support	Summary sheet
4	place the ingredients into the Magimix and close the lid	Summary sheet
5	turn the power to the Magimix on	Summary sheet
6	select the required speed, eg pulse, mix	Summary sheet
7	turn the power off, remove the mixing bowl and empty the cake mix into a baking tin	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
8	at least three health and safety procedures in relation to the Magimix food processor, eg disconnecting the power during the set up, ensuring the lid is firmly closed before turning the power on.	Summary sheet
