1	look into at least three Wi-Fi broadband options either online or in the store	Summary sheet
2	make an enquiry with the company they want to go with either online or in the store	Summary sheet
3	reach an agreement with the agent and then sign	Summary sheet
4	receive the setting up date for the broadband	Summary sheet
5	ask the time the direct debit is due to come out of the bank	Summary sheet
6	have their Wi-Fi sucessfully installed	Summary sheet
7	succesfully connect to their new Wi-Fi.	Summary sheet
