1	identify the key equipment required to bake a diabetic chocolate cake	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	identify the key ingredients required to bake a diabetic chocolate cake	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	read and follow the correct recipe, with support	Summary sheet
4	weigh out the ingredients using a digital scale, with support	Summary sheet
5	combine the mixture using either a hand or electric whisk	Summary sheet
6	place the mixture in the cake tin and place into the oven	Summary sheet
7	remove the cake tin safely from the oven once the cake mixture is cooked.	Summary sheet
