In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed

1	the key reasons why a birth certificate is considered a primary form of identification	Summary sheet
2	the purpose of an identity card and the main situations it might be issued in	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to
3	explain the main significance of obtaining a provisional driving licence for any young people who are eligible	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
shown knowledge of
4	at least two reasons why funding might be provided to obtain a passport for young people who are leaving care	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
demonstrated the ability to
5	describe the main importance of a National Insurance Number card with regards to employment and accessing services	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
shown knowledge of
6	at least two reasons why funding might be provided for a public transit pass or card for young people who are transitioning to independence	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
7	the main role a library card plays in supporting educational and recreational activities and why might funding be available for it	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
