In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of

2	at least three different activities that can be planned as part of a mentoring session or programme of mentoring	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	at least two electronic applications a mentor can use to facilitate the planning of a mentorship programme	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	the key ways to build and maintain an appropriate and effective mentoring relationship	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
demonstrated the ability to
5	write an action plan for use with a mentee	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
6	use an action plan with a mentee to deliver a programme of mentoring	Summary sheet
7	maintain an effective mentoring relationship over at least four weeks	Summary sheet
8	write coherent monitoring notes for use by the main stakeholders	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
