In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of
1	the key things that Adobe Photoshop is used for	Summary sheet
2	at least two things that Photoshop can and cannot do	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to
3	create a new project in Photoshop	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	use the basic tools inside photoshop, including the brush tools and shape tools	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5	use layers in Photoshop	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
6	use at least two blend modes, setting the layer opacity to blend between layers	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
7	adjust the colours and exposure of the image layers	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
8	crop the layers, remove the backgrounds and use the eraser tool on a layer	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
9	flatten the layers to combine them together	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
10	add text to an image layer	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
11	save and export an image from Photoshop as .PNG or another suitable image format.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
