In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	harvest at least three different fruit crops without causing damage, using skills appropriate to the crop	Summary sheet
2	identify when three different crops are ripe to pick, eg gooseberries, loganberries, strawberries, blackcurrants	Summary sheet
3	harvest the different fruits as shown and prepare them for use, eg remove the stalks and leaves and wash	Summary sheet
4	separate the usable crops from the 'waste'	Summary sheet
5	prepare the waste for composting or disposal	Summary sheet
