In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of
1	the key processes of developing a roll of film, eg loading the film from the canister into a spool	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
demonstrated the ability to
2	safely and correctly load film from a cannister to a spool and developing tank either in a dark bag or a pitch black darkroom, on at least one occasion, with assistance if needed	Summary sheet
3	safely and correctly prepare the developer, fixer and other chemicals needed, with assistance if needed	Summary sheet
4	safely and correctly go through the developing process including the pouring in and out of each chemical, with assistance if needed	Summary sheet
5	hang up the negatives to dry, with assistance if needed.	Summary sheet
