In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	fill in an application form for a driving licence	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
shown knowledge of
2	what is required to apply for their practical driving test and what they need to take with them on the day of the test	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	six 'show me' questions and six 'tell me' vehicle safety questions	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	the required distance of the eyesight check	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5	the length of a practical driving test and at least two of the five parts of the test	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
6	at least two manoeuvres that a person may be asked to do during their driving test	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
7	at least three errors a person can make during their driving test	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
8	the cost of transferring a provisional licence to a full licence and what is required to do this	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
9	the correct procedure for a motorist following a road traffic accident.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
