2	create a costume or find a costume on the internet for their chosen character	Summary sheet
3	identify the necessary items needed for their costume	Summary sheet
4	dress up as their chosen character	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
5	take part in at least one World Book Day activity at school or at home.	Summary sheet
