4	order a chosen cake and/or drink clearly and politely	Summary sheet
5	offer the payment and wait for any change if necessary	Summary sheet
6	locate a table with vacant seating	Summary sheet
7	behave in an appropriate manner whilst eating and/or drinking	Summary sheet
8	leave the café in a sensible manner	Summary sheet
