In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of
1	the defining features of dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia
2	the brain regions most associated with dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia
3	at least two typical targeted instructional strategies used with students who have dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia
4	the use of an Individual Education Plan (IEP)
demonstrated the ability to
5	correctly annotate a diagram of the brain with the brain regions that are associated with dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia
6	create an IEP for an imaginary student with one disorder ie dyslexia, dyscalculia or dysgraphia
experienced
7	watching an online lecture on the psychology of learning disabilities
8	taking part in a discussion with a peer on the psychology of learning disabilities.
