demonstrated the ability to
3	identify when they need to apply the foot cream, during the day or the evening, on a routine basis	Summary sheet
4	apply the foot cream, with support if needed	Summary sheet
5	follow instructions after applying the foot cream, ie letting the cream soak in and keeping their foot open to the air	Summary sheet
6	repeat this routine over the duration of a week.	Summary sheet
