In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	design a tree of life poster using given craft materials	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	identify at least three of their skills or abilities and add them to the trunk of the tree	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	identify at least three hopes or goals and how they will achieve them, then add them to the branches of the tree	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	identify at least two important people in their lives, and add them to the leaves of the tree	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5	consider the gifts these people have given to them, and add them to the fruit of the tree	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
6	identify at least two challenges they have faced and overcome, and add them to the storm clouds.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
