2 | identify, collect and weigh or measure the ingredients needed to make a beef burger and 'secret' sauce | Summary sheet |
3 | tip the onions into a small bowl and pour over boiling water until just covered, then leave it to cool | Summary sheet |
4 | put all of the sauce ingredients into a small bowl, add one tablespoon of the cooled onion water, and mix until combined | Summary sheet |
5 | halve one of the burger buns, and cut a thick slice from the middles of the two other buns | Summary sheet |
6 | toast or grill the middle slices on both sides, and the cut sides of the other buns | Summary sheet |
7 | add the mince to a bowl and season, then mix together | Summary sheet |
