2 | measure and mark off the top, bottom, front and back pieces of the birdbox and include tolerance to sand | Summary sheet |
3 | use a tenon saw to cut the timber | Summary sheet |
4 | sand the required timber pieces to the exact length | Summary sheet |
5 | use the disc sander to create 20° angles on the front and lid | Summary sheet |
6 | mark and drill a hole for the bird's entrance | Summary sheet |
7 | biscuit or dowel joint the front to the side and base pieces | Summary sheet |
8 | attach the back with countersink screws | Summary sheet |
9 | glue and screw a rubber hinge to the lid | Summary sheet |
