In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	fold 12 pieces of paper neatly in half	Summary sheet
2	arrange the paper into groups of four to create three signatures (booklets)	Summary sheet
3	measure and mark holes on the paper using a pen as a guide for punching	Summary sheet
4	pierce holes in the paper using an awl	Summary sheet
5	cut the thread to a desired length and thread a needle	Summary sheet
6	weave in and out of the holes and create a knot	Summary sheet
7	bind the first signature to the second signature	Summary sheet
8	attach the third signature	Summary sheet
9	stick the front and back card on using glue.	Summary sheet
