In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	observe, eg through watching a video, photographs, filmstrips, at least two aspects of the home life of rich people and at least two aspects of the home life of poor people in Tudor and Stuart times	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	compare at least two cooking ingredients between Tudor and Stuart times and the present day.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	make at least two comparisons between Tudor and Stuart and present day artefacts (crockery), eg pewter or wooden plates with today's pottery	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	make at least one comparison between Tudor and Stuart and present day methods of cooking, ie cooking on fires with gas and electric ovens of today	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5	observe, eg through video, filmstrip, slides, the life history of at least one Tudor or Stuart monarch and recall at least one piece of information	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
