3 | mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl or baking dish, season with black pepper then add the beef strips | Summary sheet |

5 | cut the vegetables into strips | Summary sheet |

7 | heat the wok and stir fry the vegetables according to their cooking time | Summary sheet |
