In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	read and comprehend at least two simple instructions with visual supports, identifying key information and steps to follow	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	follow multi-step instructions (at least six steps) with visual aids or simplified language, to successfully complete a task	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	follow instructions to real-life scenarios (with at least six steps) such as following safety procedures or completing daily living tasks	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	construct simple instructions (with at least six steps) in writing using appropriate language and sequencing, to convey a clear set of steps for a given task or activity.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
